Welcome to Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire! This is the new organisation formed out of the merger of the South Holland and South Kesteven agencies. Covering a wide area, full advice services are operating at offices in Spalding, Grantham and Stamford, with a number of outreach services covering Bourne, Market Deeping, Deeping St James, Holbeach, Long Sutton, Stamford Hospital, St Mary’s GP surgery Stamford, and the Curlew Centre at Sutton Bridge.
The advantages for our clients are a structure across the whole of South Lincolnshire allowing them to access services through the route of their choice, whether that is face to face, online, or on the phone, while the wider pool of support caseworkers will be able to maintain specialist services. The new organisation has streamlined accounting, training and HR services, shares good practice, and reports into one Board. The ability to bid for new funding will also be transformed by the formation of a larger organisation, something which will become even more important in the future. The two organisations have recently been successful in winning a joint Big Lottery funding award of £250,000 to provide a new advice service for migrant workers.
Citizens Advice nationally has embarked on a rebrand, and the South Lincolnshire area has just completed the upgrading and rebranding of all signage, to better signpost the offices and outreaches both inside and outside our buildings. Together with an enhanced telephone capability, and email advice request forms available on this website, an already great service just got even better.
Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire is one of over 300 local charities who together as members of the National Association of Citizens Advice make up the largest advice provider.
We work to make society fairer by providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
