Service Support Co-ordinator
We are looking for a Service Support Co-ordinator, based in our Spalding office. This is a peripatetic role.
This role is to provide focused support to volunteers in the delivery of quality assured advice.
● You must be willing to train to meet the Citizens Advice competence for generalist advice
● You will have excellent IT skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to create a professional working environment in which autonomous advisers feel confident and supported to deliver quality assured advice where equality and diversity are well-managed and dignity at work is upheld.
Salary: Actual £13,128 per annum for 30 hours per week
Hours: 30 per week (there is a need for flexibility and the ability to travel when required)
Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks including bank holidays pro rata
Term: 12 month fixed with the possibility of an extension
