Get help applying for Universal Credit
Help to Claim is a dedicated service from Citizens Advice. It’s free, independent and confidential. Our trained advisers can help with things like how to gather evidence for your application or how to prepare for your work coach appointment.

Volunteer with us
We always welcome applications from people interested in joining us, either In our traditional client facing roles of assessors and advisers, working face to face, on email and web chat, and on the telephone. In addition, we are looking for support in admin, reception, training, marketing, and for our research and campaigns team. Introduction days, including interviews, will be held at regular points during the year.
September 2020: We are currently seeking new Trustees to take on the roles of Chair and Treasurer.

Our friendly, helpful, trained advisors are fluent in Polish as well as being experts in providing all the help you need. They’ll also be able to provide valuable information about other support services such as English language courses designed to help with everyday life in the UK. We are a local charity and have been offering free advice to the people of South Lincolnshire for many years. Last year we dealt with 13,992 enquiries. We need your support to allow us to continue our work.

Our remote visual link with the Spalding office allows people living in Sutton Bridge to access advice without the need to travel distances. This service is delivered in partnership with the Curlew Centre.
