    Get help applying for Universal Credit

    The Citizens Advice Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of your Universal Credit claim, from the application, through to your first payment. It’s free, independent and confidential. Specially trained advisers can help with things like how to gather evidence for your application or how to prepare for your first JobCentre appointment.

    Volunteer with us

    We always welcome applications from people interested in joining us, either In our traditional client facing roles of assessors and advisers, working face to face, on email and web chat, and on the telephone.  In addition, we are looking for support in admin, reception, training, marketing, and for our research and campaigns team. Introduction days, including interviews, will be held at regular points during the year.

    European Union Settlement Scheme-Important Information

    The official deadline to apply to the EU Settlement scheme has now passed but we can still help. If you have not yet made your EUSS application it is still possible to apply. Our friendly advisers can help.
    Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire can offer people across Lincolnshire free support with their application and assist with any issues they may be facing with the application process.

    Our friendly, helpful, trained adviser is fluent in Polish as well as being expert in providing all the help you need. They’ll also be able to provide valuable information about other support services such as English language courses designed to help with everyday life in the UK.
