    Assessments

*All information correct at time of publication but may be subject to change at short notice.*

All volunteers are subject to some form of assessment, some more formal than others.

For the assessment phase to start the volunteer must have attended the minimum training and shadowing hours required for the role.

After each module trainees are required to take an online multiple choice assessment and to keep a record of your score.

Reception, back office, research and campaigns and other role assessments are the less formal of the assessment phases, these are completed by your supervisor and through the on the job training.

When the individual trainee, training team and site supervisor feels ready the assessment phase can begin.  Trainees will be observed a minimum of three times to begin with - this will contribute to reaching competency and the final sign off for the initial assessor role.

There will be a final sign off meeting with the training team once the observations have been completed and 1 or 2 review meetings throughout your training programme.
