    Recruitment Process

    So you’ve read all of the training and have decided to progress with your application, great!  This page will cover all you need to know about the recruitment process.

    Stage 1: Initial Contact

    First of all, please make contact with the training team via the online volunteer enquiry form.  The training team will make contact with you and discuss give more information on the offices, roles and training as well as answer any questions you may have.  We will also send out

    •  application form guidance
    •  role profiles
    • the monitoring and diversity form

    Stage 2: Application

    After you have made contact with us and received the necessary guidance and forms we invite you to make an online application to volunteer with us.

    Stage 3: Interview

    This sounds a lot scarier than it actually is, please remember that this is a two way process.  The interview gives us the opportunity to get to know you and vice versa. We ask all volunteers the same 8 set questions, we will answer any questions that you may have.

    Stage 4: Joining Us?

    After the interview, all those involved, will sit down and discuss each individual and their options going forward.  You will then be notified as to whether or not you have been successful and informed of the next training programme that fits in with your preferred options.

    Please note that we train in groups, there might be a delay in beginning the training.
