VOLUNTEER: THE TRAINING TEAM
The Training Team - Welcome
The majority of the training is provided via a certified online platform. This is due to funding requirements and is part of our membership agreement.
All volunteers will receive an induction by Erica who is the Training Officer. She has been in this position for 2.5 years and works 5 days a week across the three sites. Her primary role is to recruit, train and develop volunteers. The role also includes training staff, engaging with other partners and attending all types of local events to promote CASL services
We work with other staff and trustees throughout the recruitment and training period who you will meet once you have started.
